The fighters fight against opponents in a knockout tournament, the winner goes to the next round and the loser is out the competition. Each selected fighter has his own fight style and skills. All fighters are monitored by the control system of Dr. Victor (played by Eric Roberts) who the founder is of the tournament. The system uses injected nano-sensors to gather data from fighters, which they use for an mysterious project. The secret project is an advanced form of neural interface that allows him to use the combined skills of the fighters in order to create the ultimate fighter. The data is downloaded into an device which look like a pair of sunglasses. The technology is tested and every one who carries the sunglasses, has the skills of the ultimate fighter. The girls fight against Victor's armed men after discovering the secret project. The control system is set in the self-destruction modus while the female fighters manage to escape. They hijack a pirate boat when the base explodes from long distance.
